Denise brings her experience and her passion to play as the CEO of GetWorkerFIT™ where she is committed to building bridges between employers and job seekers by creating a database of guaranteed workers – workers who have the core professional skills required for work in all industries.

GWF Co-Founder & President – Dr. Frank Gargano
As a medical professional, Dr. Gargano has a passion to help his patients realize their maximum physical potential and achieve their health goals. This passion has carried over into his role as President of GetWorkerFIT™, a hybrid educational company that uses a combination of online and in-person training that help individuals maximize their potential and achieve their career goals.
A large part of his private rehabilitation practice was devoted to industrial consulting, which provided him the experience to work with many large employers. It was quickly apparent that despite being in different industries, most employers had the same difficulties in finding qualified workers and retaining them. This common “pain” in industry lead Frank and his partner to develop a web-based software that could quantitatively assess the physical requirements of the job and match that to the physical abilities of a potential employee. By understanding both sides of the equation, what the employer needs and what the worker can do, makes the WorkerFIT software a valuable tool to get the right person matched with the right job.
Dr. Gargano is a nationally recognized speaker in treatment of orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal conditions with 23 years of experience in the education space providing continuing medical education seminars. This experience provides him a unique perspective on the delivery of the behavioral, competency and psychomotor aspects of training. The result is a student-centered model that is the key to the efficiency and effectiveness of the GetWorkerFIT™ program.

GWF VP of Strategic Partnerships – Nichelle McCall
Nichelle is a Startup Strategist. She helps entrepreneurs start, scale, and sustain tech startups and social enterprises in the areas of education, employment, and entrepreneurship.
Since 2007, Nichelle has provided startup advice to thousands of entrepreneurs and startup business owners. Many have gone on to raise millions in early-stage funding. She is both a funder and serial entrepreneur, so is uniquely positioned to empathize and understand what entrepreneurs need at the start of their journey. Nichelle has worked with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, The Business of Good Foundation, The Cleveland Foundation, and National League of Cities. As a tech entrepreneur, Nichelle went from an idea to raising $500,000 in 14 months for her own software company, BOLD Guidance.
Nichelle has garnered national recognition in INC Magazine, FORTUNE, ESSENCE, GLAMOUR, Crain’s, Huffington Post, The White House, Black Enterprise, and SXSW (South by Southwest). She has been recognized as a Black Woman Tech Founder to Watch, Young Woman Entrepreneur of the Year, and one of Forty Under 40 professionals.
Nichelle earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Baldwin Wallace University and a Master in Public Administration from Baruch College -The City University of New York.
Lead Technology Officer – Jayson T.Cote’
I have over 20 years experience working with small business owners and entrepreneurs to establish and grow their company brand, products and services on the world wide web. I have worked as an Internet Technology Officer, Web Business Consultant, WordPress Developer, Educator & Speaker. My passion working with people began after Graduating with a degree in Experiential Education and continued to mature to when in 1994, I founded and ran a leading Web Development agency in Boulder, CO. I love working as the single point of contact for our company’s web business needs and treating each client as if they were our only client.
My diverse background in internet technologies, group dynamics, interactive education and entrepreneurial success has given me unparalleled experience. I strive to gain a comprehensive understanding about our clients, customers and business partner’s vision in order to design and deliver innovative solutions and strategic initiatives that identify with their learning methods, target markets and business goals.
Program Coordinator – Allison Brunenmeister
Allison is a 2016 graduate of Ohio University with a degree in Strategic Communications. She currently is pursing a Masters of Higher Education at Kent State University. Allison has years of experience in event planning and strategic planning. Her role at GetWorkerFITTM will involve program coordination. During her free time, Allison enjoys running at the Cleveland Metro Parks, and spending time with her one-year puppy Jax.
