For almost 30 years, she has been a serial social entrepreneur who has committed her life to finding new venues to demonstrate the impact that learning can have on individuals, organizations, communities and nations.
By creating access to “best in class” learning practices, she creates opportunities for individuals to change their life projectory by getting on the right career path and developing the right skills for the jobs of today and of the future. To assure that the GWF Platform is driven by the needs of business, she builds on her ten year history as Founder of LDR Worldwide (Global CorporateCollege) where her team became known for guaranteeing behavioral and skills outcomes to the Fortune 500.
Co-Founder & President – Dr. Frank Gargano
As a medical professional, Dr. Gargano has a passion to help his patients realize their maximum physical potential and achieve their health goals. This passion has carried over into his role as President of GetWorkerFITTM, a hybrid educational company that uses a combination of online and in-person training that help individuals maximize their potential and achieve their career goals.
Dr. Gargano is a nationally recognized speaker in treatment of orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal conditions with 23 years of experience in the education space providing continuing medical education seminars. This experience provides him a unique perspective on the delivery of the behavioral, competency and psychomotor aspects of training. The result is a student-centered model that is the key to the efficiency and effectiveness of the GetWorkerFITTM program.
Dr. Gargano’s vision is to use the technology platform to close the talent gap between what students understand, what employers require and what educational institutions produce. GetWorkerFITTM is positioned to change the way the world learns, one student at a time.
Lead Technology Officer – Jayson T. Cote’
I have over 20 years experience working with small business owners and entrepreneurs to establish and grow their company brand, products and services on the world wide web. I have worked as an Internet Technology Officer, Web Business Consultant, WordPress Developer, Educator & Speaker.
I love working as the single point of contact for our company’s web business needs and treating each client as if they were our only client.
My diverse background in internet technologies, group dynamics, interactive education and entrepreneurial success has given me unparalleled experience. I strive to gain a comprehensive understanding about our clients, customers and business partner’s vision in order to design and deliver innovative solutions and strategic initiatives that identify with their learning methods, target markets and business goals.
Dir. of Curriculum Development – Mollie Katz
Mollie Katz is a Global Learning and Talent Development professional with over 30-years real-world experience helping individuals enhance their performance capability. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from John Carroll University.
She also has extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, team development, recruitment / interviewing, personality and workplace assessments, and measuring learning effectiveness.
Program Coordinator – Allison Brunenmeister
Allison is a 2016 graduate of Ohio University with a degree in Strategic Communications. She currently is pursing a Masters of Higher Education at Kent State University. Allison has years of experience in event planning and strategic planning.

Social Media & Marketing Coordinator – Paige Lewis
She became part of the GetWorkerFIT team after her AssessFIT results indicated that she would be a good FIT for the company. Prior to her position at GetWorkerFIT, Paige completed her education at Hiram College, graduating with a degree in Neuroscience and Communication.
Her undergraduate studies focused on human behavior and cognition, and she is particularly interested in how people learn and interact with others and the with world around them. Paige cut her teeth in writing and editing when she worked as a Writing Assistant for the college, and has since translated the associated skills into her current position. She enjoys the creative process behind building GetWorkerFIT’s brand and social media presence, and cites it as her favorite part of the job.
Paige is an avid foodie. When she is not in the office she is out exploring Cleveland’s numerous restaurants.
